Terms and conditions

This is a convenience translation. If there is any difference between versions, the Spanish version prevails: Términos y condiciones (español).

These terms govern the use of royaltor360.com and of the project tours hosted on its subdomains. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Royaltor360, domiciled in Cuenca, Ecuador. Contact: info@royaltor360.com.

2. What the site offers

• Information about our services: interactive 360° masterplan, CRM for land subdivision projects, drone capture, virtual tours, audiovisual production and 3D modeling.
• Interactive demonstrations with sample data.
• Booking of demos by video call.
• An automated chat (Amaia) that answers general questions.
• Tours of our clients' projects, on their own subdomains.

The contracting of our services is governed by the proposal or contract we sign with each client. These terms do not replace that contract.

3. Booked demos

By booking a demo you agree to provide truthful data. You can reschedule or cancel it with the link you receive when booking. We may reschedule a demo if something unexpected comes up, notifying you in advance.

4. Automated chat

Amaia is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. Its answers are informational and do not constitute an offer, quote or legal, tax or investment advice. Prices, conditions and timelines are always confirmed with a person on the team.

To protect the service, the chat may be temporarily paused in response to offensive language, attempts to manipulate it or requests for private information.

5. Tours and project information

The information of each project (lots, areas, prices, availability, images) is provided by its developer and is for reference only. The images and tours are representations and may not reflect the current state of the land. Any planned works shown are illustrative. Before any decision, confirm the information directly with the developer.

Royaltor360 is not a party to the purchase and sale of lots or to the agreements between buyers and developers.

6. Acceptable use

It is not permitted to:

• Submit false information or information about third parties without their authorization.
• Attempt to access private areas, dashboards or data of other users or projects.
• Extract content in an automated way, overload the site or interfere with its operation.
• Use the chat or the forms to send spam, offensive content or malicious code.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Client accounts

Dashboard and CRM accounts are personal. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their access and for the information they record. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, the software, the texts, the Royaltor360 brand and our own audiovisual material belong to Royaltor360 or their respective owners. The images and data of each project belong to its developer. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without authorization.

9. Availability and third-party links

We do our best to keep the site always working, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or provider failures. The site may include links or content from third parties (for example, 360° tours, maps or videos hosted by third parties); we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

10. Liability

The site and its demonstrations are offered as they are. To the extent permitted by law, Royaltor360 is not liable for damages arising from decisions made solely on the basis of reference information from the site or the chat. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Ecuador's Organic Consumer Protection Law (Ley Orgánica de Defensa del Consumidor) or other rules that cannot be waived.

11. Personal data

The processing of your data is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. An attempt will first be made to resolve any dispute directly; if that is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent judges of Cuenca, Ecuador, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers.
